Save the Animals
200 million animals are killed a year because of animal hunting. I think hunting animals for sport is immoral and should be stopped. Hunting should be stopped because it has animals killed, the hunters don’t have legit excuses and the government is for it.
There are many reasons why animal hunting for sport is dangerous. Only 7% percent of Americans hunt for sport, but this 7% has killed 42 million mourning doves, 30 million squirrels, 28 million quail, 25 million rabbits, and many more animals. This couldn’t be hunting for food because no one eats mourning doves or quail. Many animals can’t function properly when hunters around and after they are around because it is large disturbance. Animals won’t eat if they won’t function properly and that too kills animals. Also dozens of deaths and thousands of injuries to humans have happened because of hunting accidents in 2001. If that was in 2001 I am sure the numbers have risen because USA is becoming more populated each year. Hunting is danger to everyone and everything around the hunter.
There are several excuses why people continue to hunt for sport. The most common excuse is that it is a tradition. Our founding fathers did it, so why can’t we? Well slavery was a tradition, too. Slavery was also stopped because it was cruel to humans. Isn’t hunting cruel to animals? Another excuse is that people call it a hobby. Well one can’t force another to change hobbies, but let’s say that my hobby was to burn down buildings. Just because I think it is a hobby doesn’t it make it sound better at all. Also people hunt because they think it’s a better alternative to smoking. Although hunting is better for you than smoking, it still is bad. This isn’t an excuse, and should be ignored.
The government really doesn’t care about the animals either, Although they should. The government only wants it so they can earn some easy money. People need to buy their hunting license, insurance, and equipment. This money goes to the government. The government needs to stop this because there are better ways to earn money other than accepting hunting. They also could use animal sterilizing, a short to solution to animal hunting, but they don’t want to spend the money on this. They also think that more black bears kill people for food. But black bears are on the list of endangered species. Also, only five people get injured from a black bear attack and about 2 deaths per year for the past 107 years. We must be doing more harm to them than they are to us.
These are some of the reasons why people think animal hunting for pleasure is good. Some think it is “ethical” because the hunter practices fair chase. What is fair about defenseless animals being hunted down by a person who can shoot a bullet that goes 4 times as fast as the animal can. People also think they can do it because it is a sport. But if shooting animals is a sport, I suppose that shooting other humans is a sport too. People also think that animals are over-populating the world. But realistically we are taking up more space than the animals are.
I think the best solution to animal hunting is that we leave the animals alone and become vegetarians. Although it probably won’t happen, there is still a difference between hunting for food and hunting for pleasure. If we don’t stop hunting animals, by another two or three generation, more animals will be extinct for a sad reason. Save these poor creatures before hunters kill them all out.

Hi, i’m currently having trouble with deciding which university would be best to go to, i have offers from my main preffered universities: Edinburgh university, Sheffield university, and Warwick University, with the grades BBB, ABB, and AAB offered respectively, all these universities have their different advantages, I’m applying for electronics at all of these but i cannot decide which one to put as my number 1 and which to use as an insurance, i love the campus of warwick and the life looks pretty good, edinburgh has one of the top courses but seems a bit dark and traditional in areas and Sheffield has bright state of the art buildings and equipment and supposedly a great social life, ive been round all 3 but still need some help deciding. I live in yorkshire so they are all different distances away, but please, can anyone help me? Thanks

I have a credit scor of 537 I know that isn’t very good at all, I am just wondering if I will still be able to get a mortgage with a bank with this credit scor? I don’t have anything unpaid or pending except I am paying for a loan on a car. I live in Canada. I am also going to have a good co-signer. What do you think?

My husband is planning to retire in 3.5 years. He wants to move to a city with an international airport. We currently live in a small town about an hour away from a small airport. There’s a condo auction this coming Saturday in Memphis. We were there in December and happened to love the condo. We’re at a really nice place now as we have virtually no debt, other than 3 more years of college for his daughter. No mortgage, no credit card debt, no loans. I love not owing anything. We have invested quite a bit for the last few years. He will have a pension of approx. 50% of his base pay, and a 401k plan that we’re not touching until I stop working. I’m only 42 and I plan to work for another 5 years at least. He really wants this condo. I would like to have it but we would have to finance it for 15 years. The bank is offering 4.875% financing. We can probably put down $100k. How can I let go of the freedom and buy this condo? And is it wise to put down that much money or just save our money and use the bank’s money? I don’t mind disclosing exact figures, but would rather not do that here..Please post your answers/comments first and then Email me at devries992002@yahoo.com Thank you – Pondering Penny
The bank is one that has offered its services to finance this particular condo at 4.875% for 15 or 30 years depending on the down payment. This condo has 35 units and has only sold 4. Is this a good or bad sign? They’re lovely condos but were a bit pricey if you ask me. Is it likely that they’ll go for cheap?

This has not been proven to me yet in a written report, which I am currently awaiting, only via a verbal opinion. I am, however, getting my current single glazed units replaced with double glazing, which I am being told will solve the problem. I pay for insurance through a common factor. I would’ve thought that if I pay buildings insurance, it would cover me for this. Any ideas? PLEASE!!!!!!!

But I pay buildings insurance through a common factor. I would’ve thought that if I pay buildings insurance, it would cover me for the repairs to my neighbours property. Any ideas? PLEASE!!!!!!!

Do a cash out refinance. I just bought the house and did a bunch of repairs. I had $10,000 in equity the day I bought it. With new paint, carpets, kitchen, and in comparisons to the neighborhood. I have about $50,000 in equity. I bought the house at 6.25% and my monthly payment(before taxes, insurance) is $763.49. If I took $20,000 and qualified for 5.25% my payment would be $795.17 but I could pay off a personal loan and my car loan and I’d ultimately be saving money. It hasn’t even been a month yet though, is there any chance that I could do a home equity cash-out refinance already?

I want to get an insurance quote on my car but every site I go to asks me for a lot of information such as address, name and other personal things. Is this how you have to do it? Or is there a site where you just type in your birthday and info about your car? I just want an approximate quote. I’m only 16 and would be insuring a 1974 Ford Mustang II with a v6. How much do you think that would be?
Whats the best site for quotes?

I’m just about to move into a rented flat with my girlfriend, and we’re trying to get our insurance sorted, but one thing is worrying me. If we have tenants contents insurance, and we accidentally cause structural/building damage (eg. by causing a flood or a fire), will the landlord’s insurance cover the repairs, or will we be expected to (as we caused it).
Most contents insurances we’ve looked at only cover you for between 2k and 12k of damages to the landlord’s fixtures and fittings, and say nothing about cover for structural damages. it also seems that we can’t get building insurance, as we don’t own the property.
so if the landlord’s insurance expects us, the tenants, to pay for any building damages we may cause, and our contents/tenants insurance doesn’t cover that, would we be personally liable for tens or hundereds of thousands of pounds of costs?
thanks

We have 2 mortgages. Our first mortgage company will do the new modification, but does our 2nd mortgage company have to? I’m confused how Obama’s new plan covers those of us with second mortgaes who have lost our income. I know we would be able to refinance and put them together under the new plan, but I still don’t think it would save us much, and not as much as getting both of them modified. Any help in understanding this would be great!
