See a mortgage broker. They are free and will give you great advise on what is the best deal. They do this for a living so they know their stuff. You will also need a lawyer for your paperwork. These things can take time i would allow minimum 30 days but allow 45 to 60 to do things comfortably so you dint stress out. I suggest you see ‘Aussie home loans’
