I live in NY withen the 5 boroughs. Where I live many foreigners are buying and living in homes.
Let me see across my house there are russians, albanions, more russians down the block, oh and chinese which i dont mind them they are great ppl.
By me If a house goes up for sale a builder buys it and puts maybe 2 or 3 two family townhomes.
The russians do not talk to anyone on my block but are somewhat disturbing. There is a single family home that the russians renovated and its bigger then my house now.
But they have 6 cars a mercedes, 2 nissans, a cadillac, and others.
Where are they getting this money??? To live in the USA? Also where the hell are they getting the money to buy these homes???
Is the usa giving them money?? How can they buy townhomes or 1 family homes for $500,000 or more when the average first time home buyer cant even buy a home for that amount of money.
Yea maybe they got a morgage or a loan but i dont think so something smells fishy. I mean they have 6 cars my family only has 2.
