How can I get a car loan without paying comprehensive insurance?

I would like to buy a eclipse for $6500 and currently only have $2000 in cash. I would like to be able to build some credit and could easily pay the car off in under 6 months. The main thing is that I don’t want to have to have comprehensive insurance on my vehicle while its on the loan cause the price of my insurance will go up $250 making outrageous in my mind. All help welcome thanks!

I can’t get a loan from a bank and a payday loan won’t due is there any other alternatives?

I have very bad credit and I can’t obtain a bank loan and a payday loan won’t do. Does anyone know of any other way I can obtain a personal loan of 5,000.00 without doing a credit check…..I am employed and will be able to make monthly payments.

I was able to get a loan from the bank to purchase a truck. I also purchased insurance. Now the seller doesn’t want to sell it or take the bank check. I am out money. What our my legal rights? Can I take him to court and sue him for my damages?

My family an I need a car but we can not afford to pay a big monthly payments. I am a stay home mom and we are living under my husbands income that is fair but not enough. My husband suggested that maybe it would be better to get a bank loan maybe it would be a less monthly payment. Pros and Cons please

packaged up with other loser loans and sold off as good loans to other financial institutions, isn’t that FRAUD at the bank level? Shouldn’t they go to jail for that?

i was thinking of getting a bank loan, but if i do how do i pay them back do they take money out of my account each month? what would happen? The laptop i’m buying is a macbook pro 15 inch its around $1249 so if i take out a bank loan and buy the laptop how would i pay them back would they disperse money out of my account each month? and how much?

When I got married my father in law co-signed for a house for my wife and I because she was 20 and didn’t have any credit and I had just come from the UK and hadn’t even got my SSN yet. Now 6 years later with us paying the mortgage and homeowners payments for the whole time we are looking to refinance to pull some money out to update the kitchen and bathrooms and he says he wants us to “buy him out” for $20,000 from the equity of the home. (We bought it for $69,000 and its now appraising around $120,000) We have paid around $40,000 in payments on the house over the 6 years and I feel like he is being greedy trying to profit on his kids. I don’t know how to approach the subject with him and my wife doesn’t want a rift with her parents over money. Her father is quite well off as a financial planner and makes probably $100k a year and her mom works too. Her father co-signed for her brother also but his house is in georgia and is worth less than what the paid for it so they don’t have to pay squat if they sell it. I need some advice on what to do about this. Its a very delicate situation and I need to approach it correctly.

I have about plus 4 thousand dollars right now, and I want to borrow 20 thousand from the bank, to pay for school, housing, a new car and possibly travel if there is enough left. I’m just about to start 2nd semester and I already paid back the loan for my first semester.

I had financial problems in the past, but now I’m married and we are doing just fine paying all of our bills. However, a credit card from my past is now seeking a judgment against me. Why is it if a parent signs a bank loan for a 17 yr old and he won’t pay the parents have to pay “But” when?

But when they sign for the 17 year old to go into the Marines and he doesn’t go why is it the Parents don’t have to serve in the Marines. After all they signed for him to go in the Marines. So if he can’t finish his 4 years shouldn’t the parents be made to finish his four years? They would have to pay the bank loan if he didn’t pay.

Here is the skinny, I have one semester left at a community college and this will be the last time I can pay for my school on my own with the job I currently have I will no longer be able to afford paying for a university (after this semester) I also have other bills, credit cards, I wanna pay off (non student stuff) which is why I would like to do a ‘personal loan’ so I can use some of the cash for non-school related items? I do not know anyone who has been turned down for a loan. So, if credit is not the problem, why are they going to give more money to the banks “encouraging” them to lend again?

And didn’t Americans putting themselves into so much debt get us into this mess in the first place? At least that is what the far left liberal anderson cooper says. He says the american consumer is the #1 reason why we are in this crisis, because we have so much personal debt and are crunched for money trying to pay it all back.
